The bag I just purchased is my second Kavu bag. My first one I had for about 10 years. The fabric was so tough it still looked like new, but I had to retire it due to the main zipper wearing out and failing. All that being said, there was no question about my next bag another Kavu.

This is probably my sixth purchase of this bag, I love this design and you wouldn’t believe all the things I’ve been able to fit into this bag and walk around comfortably and even forget about it once I’m home until my kid asks where you going that I realize it’s time to take off my purse! Knew this white wouldn’t stay for long but I’ll just throw it in the washer on gentle and they come out great!!!

LOVE this bag!! I work as a river guide in the summer, so I am very transient and have often misplaced important items (sunglasses, wallet, etc.) This bag has 2 large pockets for organization, fits my iPhone perfectly, and the small Velcro pocket fits my chapstick and essentials. Also fits my book and highlighters, which I love because now I always have my book if I’m sitting around waiting, so I am enticed to read more. Not to mention it’s CUTE. I’ve been taking everywhere with me, and now only have to worry about grabbing one thing instead of 5 or 6. Can’t recommend this bag enough!

I used this bag everyday for 2 years as a missionary in the Dominican Republic. From being drenched in downpour to being cooked in the humid heat. It saw it all and survived well. Highly recommended but here’s a fair warning if you constantly use this bag with a decent amount of weight it’ll wear on your shoulder.

LOVE this bag! I regularly walk 9 miles a day and this bag not only feels great to wear but has enough space in it that it pushes all into my back while I walk or cycle. As an avid backpack collector I can safely say I’ve only used this bag since I got it and normally I cycle through a few everyday. Best purchase I’ve ever made!

I really like this bag. The only con is that it can only be worn cross-body one way because of how the strap is sewn on. When the bag is on my back, the strap is on my right shoulder. It just happens to be opposite of what I'm used to. Other than that it's amazing. It's the perfect size. Enough space for all my essentials and holds my 32 oz Hydroflask. My favorite thing about this bag though is that it fit me. I'm a big gal, and I didn't need to purchase an extender. I will definitely be buying more. Thanks KAVU!

My Kavu Rope bag is my everyday bag. This is my 3rd bag. I wear them hard and treat myself after one years use. If you are constantly on the go, You can’t go wrong if you just give the bag a try. I do wish they would offer more solids (neutral) for us mature women with grandchildren.

When i ordered the bag, i was so anxious for it to get here that it felt like forever because i was so excited. It delivered in four days!! I was so happy that I wore it out and paired it with an outfit immediately. I took it on a bike ride and it was great. I love how much room there is in this bag for my phone, wallet, car keys, and even my mac book, and more! The rope is super durable but kinda hurts your skin if it rubs to much while wearing a tank-top, but its not bad and eventually it doesnt hurt. I love this bag and ive only had it for one day! Definitely recommend for anybody who isnt super girly but also still has things to hold!!!

Major plus is no matter what I’ve put in it so far it hasn’t hurt my back or shoulders! It really is a comfortable design and I’ve put an iPad Air in here before! But typically carry my Nintendo switch and kindle, phone, girly stuff and essentials with no problem. The regular size is way more spacious then you think!

I'll be honest here - I am not the most confident gal out there.. I never was girly, never really liked carrying a purse, and when I did, it just felt awkward for me. I recently discovered Kavu and fell in love with this rope bag! It actually makes me feel very confident and cute while wearing it. I like the convince of pulling it to the front while still wearing it, and using the small front zipper pocket for my wallet (Kavu of course!). It's easy to grab especially with how the zipper is sew on. I love the double main zippers as well. I posted a picture of everything that I carry and could fit in the bag. There's definitely extra room to put even more stuff, or even another pouch bag of things. The entire bag quality is 10/10. The stitching is amazing, the adjustable strap has a sewn on stretchy band so you can easily roll the extra strap up and wrap the band around so it's not flopping everywhere while you walk. It's not in the way, or look funny either. I have nothing to complain about with this bag. I love that I don't have to hold on to any straps and it's just there on my back. It's very very comfortable and doesn't hurt my back or shoulders at all. I would 10000% recommend it to anyone, and will be recommending it to all my friends and family!

In all ways I love the Kavu rope bags except one. The black cotton canvas is a magnet for animal hair, lint, scuffs etc. So if you don’t mind that look or carry a lint brush to clean it up then go for it!

Due to a shoulder injury it is a lot harder to put on traditional backpacks but now I’m able to throw on one shoulder and have enough space for everything I need for a day hike.

Although unconventional, I use my Kavu bag as travel bag for my kitten on hikes and walks! I’ve been looking for something to fit treats, a leash carabeaner, and to-go snacks and this bag is the perfect one. I like this bag - but not 100% in love. I am right handed and have always worn cross-body bags over my left shoulder - so that my right hand can access what I need. The design of this bag to be over the right shoulder really boggles my mind. When I swing it around to access it, it's most accessible to my left hand. I'm really curious about what the design process was. I think I will be able to make it work, but it's not perfect.
