SHIPPING POLICY
We do not ship anywhere outside of the United States. Not even to Canada, sorry eh!
PROCESSING TIME: Orders received Monday - Friday before noon (Pacific Time) are generally processed within 1-2 business days after receipt of your order. (Orders will take longer to ship around busy shopping seasons.)
Orders received Monday - Friday after noon (Pacific Time) will be released to the warehouse the following business day and will be processed within 1-2 business days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Weekends and holidays do not count toward your shipping days.
For example: If a UPS 2-Day order is placed at 2pm Pacific on Thursday, it will be shipped on Friday. The day it ships, weekends and holidays don't count toward your shipping days. Monday = Day 1, Tuesday = Day 2. The package will be delivered by end of day on Tuesday (Day 2).
Shipping via all carriers takes longer around the holidays. Carriers may need additional days for transit during the holiday season.
The UPS Service Guarantee (also referred to as the UPS Money Back Guarantee) remains suspended for all UPS 2-Day and UPS 3-Day services until further notice.
KAVU is not responsible for delayed shipments due to holidays, severe weather, natural disasters or pandemics.
Please double-check your shipping address for typos, errors and auto-populating incorrect addresses before placing your order. KAVU is not responsible for orders that are delivered to an incorrect address due to customer order entry error.
Please reach out to KAVU within 72 hours after delivery if there is an issue receiving your package.

We use UPS and USPS for nearly all of our shipments. They do not typically deliver on weekends and/or holidays.
You will be emailed tracking within 24 hours of your item shipping. If you don't receive tracking, feel free to reach out to our customer service team to assist you.
