Please read the following before filling out our Return Request Form:

  1. Only items purchased directly from KAVU (www.kavu.com or a phone order) can be returned and/or refunded (even gifts!).  The item must be returned within 30 days, in original condition with tags attached to receive a refund. For a return, you will need to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) prior to returning your item.  To obtain the RA#, please fill out the form below or call us at (800) 710-5288. If you complete the form below, you will not receive confirmation that the form has successfully been submitted.  Instead, you will receive an email from our staff with RA# information within one business day of submission (these won't be processed on weekends or holidays).  
  2. Once you obtain a RA#, please mail the item(s) to the address provided to you by Customer Service.  Please make sure that the RA# is visible on the inside AND outside of the box. We do not accept returns without this number, items that are sent without a RA# will be refused. 
  3. The customer is responsible to pay shipping on all returned items.  We recommend tracking, (generally USPS is the least expensive carrier). Shipping charges on original order are not refunded. 
  4. We do not have an exchange program - you’ll return the original order for a refund and place a second order for the next item. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. 
  5. All sales using "Pro Deal" discount codes are final. No refunds. No exchanges. No exceptions.  Please know your size before ya order.  

 

KAVU warrants our products to be free of manufacturer defects:

Normal wear and tear, modifications, alterations, machine washing your bag, natural fading, color transfer from non-KAVU items to KAVU items, negligence, spills, damage, buckles getting smashed in car doors, broken buckles, weather damage, lawnmowers, dogs, small children and/or use for any purpose other than everyday casual wear are not covered by our warranty. There is no implied life span due to the many variables which can affect our products.

If you own a KAVU item that you believe is defective, please visit the store where you purchased the item. We have systems in place with our dealers to handle defects, they should be able to assist you with a return or replacement - (if they aren't sure how, have them give us a call!) KAVU cannot replace or refund products not purchased directly from us.
