Although, I love the original canvas rope sack, but this water resistant rope sack feels a bit more heavy duty for us "rough and tumble" folks, which instead of having to launder I will be able to just clean with a damp towel. As always the rope sacks are roomy enough for packing the all your essentials, stylish, and eco conscious. Highly recommend spending a few bucks more if you more of the adventurous type for a water-resistant sack.

I got my first Kavu Sling Bag a kazillion years ago. Since then, I've been through two Satchels (now discontinued ) and have a mini Sling. The synthetic fabric and Batik design of this bag is the best! I'm particularly happy that my oversized phone fits in the outside pocket. I hope this bag lasts longer than the others...
