I love everything about this bag except that the pocket that is designed to hold a phone falls open when the bag is unzipped. Luckily my phone is in a case so it did not break. However, the design should not allow this to happen.
Does anyone have an idea of how to fix this?

This is the wallet I will forever keep up with! I love the sustainability of it, that’s it’s washable, and strap optional! It flexible material gives me more than enough room for all of my belongings and the price point was perfect! Can’t wait to get my next KAVU!

This is undoubtedly a fabulous product and I do like the fabric and Design. Unfortunately I had to return it because I was Guided by a review that said it would hold a phone and a Chapstick. My pretty small phone just barely fits and there is no room for a lip balm or lipstick of the normal type. If you don't require that then it should work for you.

My fiance loves this thing so much! It has replaced all other wallets and purses its small, compact, and secure. It holds all her cards, cash, and phone without being too bulky, and it's all easily accessible.

This has been the best alternative to carrying a purse around. I always like to only carry the least amount possible and this makes carrying my driver’s license, payment cards, cell phone, and chapstick so easy! I like the bag its a great size. I just wish the strap came a little longer. I am a tall big women and like my bags to hang close to my hip. This one in very short for me and sits in the middle of my rib cage just under my breast and is uncomfortable. I usually just carry it as a clutch now.

Love this zipper wallet. I didn’t want it as a stand alone clutch but it comes with a shoulder strap so you could use it that way. My cards always fall out of my wallet so I wanted a zipper closure to keep everything from dumping out in my purse. This works great and the print is really cute.

I like it. It's a good size and length for me. I do wish that fabric was more weather proof. I was expecting the same fabric that the Spectator bag is made of. I think I will have to scotch guard it or something to keep it clean and static free. I got the black one and dog fur sticks to it like crazy.

Received this bag about a week ago and I really like it! It carries everything I need for day to day errands, dog walking, and outings with kids. I would LOVE this bag if it had an exterior slip pocket for my phone. Having to turn the bag upside down and unzip it, to remove the phone without it falling out, pretty much guarantees that I miss any incoming calls. But overall it's a big thumbs up for size, construction, styling and I'm happy with my purchase.

I love this wallet. A couple of suggestions tho...I modified the strap, changed it to a thinner (3/8") paracord and made it a bit shorter, then added small carabiners to either end to make it a bit more versatile--i can then easily daisy-chain the thinner cord and use it as more of a wristlet/traditional wallet instead of a purse (or the other way around) and the strap isn't super bulky. I also really wish there was just a simple elastic band(s)/pocket on the backside for my phone; I hate having to open the wallet up to get my phone bc then my cards and money fall out & also the phone is not very accessible on the inside. I will likely modify the wallet in this way as well. You guys used to make a similar
wallet design but smaller & w/ a pocket on the outside, but somehow you all are terrible with the phone pockets (even on your slingbacks--none of the outside small velcro compartments ever fit a phone!) Except when I had my flip phone! I digress...
I love your products. I am a loyal customer and have owned and destroyed many of your products (which reasonably resisted the abuse I put then thru). I am also a true dirtbag girl. I hate purses (although I do need them sometimes & when I do your sling backs are great other than prev noted drawbacks), & end up digging thru them half the time and can't find anything bc I dont know how to use one. And, as we all know, women's clothes have no pockets, so I really require my wallet to hold all my stuff but be reasonably small to be still be a wallet & not a purse... I have been searching for the wallet my mind has created & you guys are sooo close!

I was looking for a roomy sensible wallet to carry hands free while travelling around with my Granddaughter to events. It is roomy enough to contain all necessary ID cards and credit cards, cash change and receipts too! It's made so well, colorful & charming without being right in your face. I love it! One thing that would make this item better for every day use; would be if it had a outside pocket for a cellphone. Otherwise the overall best purchase and item. Excellent gift for any college student, new Mom, or even a Grandmother, like me!

Got this to replace my trifold wallet, loving it so far! Not bulky like some other options I looked into. The material feels thick and durable, has lots of room for various cards, and a pocket that fits my phone even with a huge case on it, I also have a pocket planner inside. I love the fact that it zips shut to contain everything safely. The cord is a little long for my liking, and the wallet itself hangs just below my hip (I’m 5’8”) but aside from that I wouldn’t change a thing about it!
