I love my KAVU "set" (tamarindo & vacay) that I purchased for travel! It is lightweight, comfortable, and trendy. The pants pockets were a selling point. The return process for the sizes that didn't fit was easy and practical. I exchanged emails with Karlee because I had some timing/shipping concerns and she was incredible! She was so prompt to respond and really looked into my issue and communicated cleary with me! Kuddos to her!

Return label had both FedEx and USPS barcodes printed on it, and as a result the postman took the package while the FexEx driver reported the package missing.
Not sure what this means - will I even receive a refund or is the package lost? Did I pay for a pickup when the post office does it for free?
